ONE STEP PROCESS

Factory to Warehouse

Packing, warehousing, and shipping represent the concluding phrases in Tea production. It is a crucial stage where Teas, being highly hygroscopic, introduce an additional layer of sensitivity. The storage vessels of choice are typically plywood tea chests or multi-walled aluminium craft paper sacks, providing an effective barrier against external moisture.

Each individual box of tea undergoes meticulous sealing to create an impermeable shield, preventing any ingress of moisture, which preserves the tea’s original characteristics and ensures its longevity. Finally, the packaged tea boxes are packed into cartons and once again sealed for protection during transport by sea or air cargo.

FINAL STAGE OF MANUFACTURING

Warehouse to Shipping

The transition from packed tea to containerized cargo marks a meticulous stage in the supply chain, necessitating seamless coordination between the warehouse, logistics company, and the chosen shipping line. It involves strategic planning to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of the cargo to its designated port of discharge.

It is crucial to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality throughout the transportation process. Precise packing during transportation ensures freshness and quality.
